Sue Loftin, Esq.

Sue Loftin, a resident of San Diego County since 1974 and of Carlsbad since 2003, is the founder and President of Loftin|Bedell P.C. Sue leads a team of attorneys and staff providing legal services to more than 500 properties concentrating on acquisition, sales, financing and development of commercial real estate and their associated business needs.  Sue brought the Firm to Carlsbad in 2005 and immediately became aware of immense benefits to local businesses and the community that the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and the Carlsbad Chamber Community Foundation provides. Since 2006, Sue Loftin has participated in various Chamber committees and serves Board of Directors, where she has been a Board Member since 2017. Sue and the Firm have sponsored numerous events and been the recipient of several business awards. Sue also serves as an advocate for other nonprofits as well.  Sue’s passion for Carlsbad is shared by her two daughters and grandchildren.
