The Future CEO program is a new entrepreneurship program for middle school students that introduces young students to the world of business. It will teach what it takes to be the CEO of a company, and all the steps required to run a successful business whether large or small. From creating a business plan, getting a business license, to product development, to branding and marketing, banking and finance, to customer interaction.
The developed curriculum will be educational, engaging, fun, and interactive.
Our program is designed to be an uplifting, educational experience that will instill confidence and inspire creativity in our youth. It will make children and families feel a bigger sense of community, teaching them independence, and giving them hope for future successes in life. The highlight of the program all comes together in the Future CEO Business Day & Trade Show where the students will be allowed to showcase their business and sell the goods they created!
The Future CEO Program is $100 per student and lasts 7 weeks. All sessions are live and in-person at the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce offices on the dates/times listed below. If a student has to miss a session for some reason, the session content will be available after the fact via a password-accessed webinar.
Each Session is scheduled to last 45 minutes.
