An executive-level leader in running a $250m Sales organization as a VP, Sales at Paychex, Inc., and currently providing Leadership and Sales Training to professionals as a Transformational Leadership Consultant and Coach.

As a Keynote speaker and Transformational change agent, Miguel brings his insights and wisdom to public and corporate audiences. He is a Certified Trainer with the TalentSmart organization in La Jolla, CA, and trains on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. Miguel is also Kolbe & Gallup Strengths Coach Certified, focusing on building upon personal and organizational strengths-based learning and development. Miguel serves on the boards of the Carlsbad Chamber and the San Diego North EDC.

Miguel is the Director, Business Development for Cal State University, San Marcos.
